SCV Registration
Beyond SCV Login, customers can access a variety of services through the SCV Customer Login page, including two vital offerings:
To register or update your mobile number
- Visit the SCV Customer Login page and find the link for mobile number registration or update.
- Click on the provided link, which will prompt a new box to appear on the current screen.
- In this box, start by selecting your smartcard, followed by entering its number.
- Input the new mobile number you want to register or update.
- Lastly, enter the code displayed and hit ‘submit’ to complete the process.
Creating User Id through Email

- Navigate to the SCV Customer Login page and click on the link labeled ‘Create User Id through Email’.
- Upon clicking, a box will appear. Here, you’ll need to select your user mode from the dropdown menu and enter the required details.
- Input the email address you want to use as your user ID.
- Enter the code displayed on the screen and click ‘submit’ to finalize the creation of your user ID.
SCV Login Lite Registration
- Start by visiting the portal for first-time registration.
- Upon arrival, locate and click on the Search Button.
- Pressing the Search Button directs you to the Login Page.
- On the Login Page, find and click the option to Register.
- A link for updating your Registered Mobile Number will be available upon clicking.
- A dialogue box appears for RMN (Registered Mobile Number) update. Here, input your smartcard details (STBID/VC/SMC), the new RMN, the code provided, and then click submit.
- Find and click the link titled ‘click to create User ID by customer’s email.’
- A dialogue box for Username registration will appear. Create your username here.
- Enter your smartcard details (STBID/ VC/ SMC), the newly created username, the provided code, and submit. Your account is now set up and ready for use.
SCV Operator Login
- Begin by visiting the SCV official portal at https://portal.scv.in/login
- At the top of the screen, locate and select the ‘Operator Login’ option.
- Clicking on ‘Operator Login’ will bring up the login page.
- Enter your username and password in the provided fields.
- Complete the captcha challenge and click ‘Login’ to access your account.
In case of a Forgotten Password:
- On the Operator Login Page, click on ‘Forgot Password’.
- A new page will appear. Here, enter your username and click ‘Submit’ to begin the password recovery process.
SCV Customer Login

- Start by visiting the official SCV website at https://scv.in/ for Customer Login.
- Once on the site, click on ‘Customer Login’ to access the login page.
- On the login page, begin by selecting your mode from the dropdown menu.
- Enter the appropriate details corresponding to the selected mode.
- Input your password and the captcha code, then click ‘Login’ to access your account.
Forgotten Password:

- On the Customer Login Page, select ‘Forgot Password’.
- A new box will appear. Here, choose your mode from the dropdown menu and enter the required details.
- Finally, enter the captcha code and submit it to initiate the password recovery process.
SCV Quick Pay

- Begin by visiting the Official SCV Portal.
- On the homepage, look for the ‘Quick Pay’ option at the top right corner.
- Simply input your registered mobile number or smartcard number.
- Click on ‘Go’ to proceed with your payment conveniently.
- Registering and Tracking SCV Customer Complaints
- Go to the SCV portal and hover over the ‘Consumer’ tab.
- Click on the ‘Complaints’ option, the second item under the ‘Consumer’ tab.
- On the complaints page, enter your VC number or registered mobile number and click ‘Verify’ to register your complaint.
Tracking Your Complaint
- After registering your complaint, locate the ‘track your complaint status’ option on the right side of the registration page.
- Enter your Complaint Number and select ‘Track Complaint Status’.
- You will receive detailed updates on the progress and resolution of your registered complaint.
